i'm 25 years and 13 days old.

i'm in need of hobby. an outlet. and finding "it."
i moved to new york a little over 7 months ago. i came here for a plethora of reasons: i felt lost in my personal life and needed out of the current situation to start over. i wasn't sure what i was doing with my life - in all aspects of the word. it was able to present the best possible outcomes for my career. and i was a settler, who rarely took real chances for failure. so now i'm here, but feel like i still haven't really done much with it.
starting a blog is something i've talked about doing for years. i idolize people who can make a living blogging and sharing their passions, thoughts, and inspirations with whomever might read them. so...
street devotion? let me break it down for you.
street (n): a public thoroughfare, usually paved, in a village, town, or city
street style (n): any offbeat or avant-garde fashion inspired by contemporary culture of urban street people
devotion (n): strong attachment (to) or affection (for a cause, person, etc) marked by dedicated loyalty
i still don't exactly know what this will become. maybe this will be about street style. or things i see on the street. or places i go in the city. or anything else i might find inspiring and word worthy. i'm hoping this will make me branch out a little bit. do more things this city has to offer so that i can tell you about them. take photos and get inspired. and hopefully meet a few people along the way. i just have to start somewhere, so here goes nothing.
